Muana shares about the impact of the Equipping and Empowering Leaders project.

Today I’m here at the ministry centre in Baan Luang, we have come for our monthly leadership training.

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your faithful support of this wonderful project, where we try to empower and equip our local faith community leaders by teaching them the Scriptures.

This year, we have just started the ReForma program as our main curriculum. This is our second month, and we are very excited.

We pray that you will continue to partner with us and join us in this wonderful venture of equipping leaders of the local faith communities so that they can be trained and qualified and can themselves go and teach the Scripture and be leaders who shepherd their people in appropriate cultural ways and in alignment with the Bible.

I asked some of the local leaders how the leadership training benefits them. They shared:

“Coming to the leadership training helps me understand and learn more about the Scripture. This help me to go and teach the Scripture to other people.”

“The leadership training has benefitted me in many ways in terms of understanding how to play a role as a leader in my own community.”

“Coming to these trainings has given me a lot of confidence in sharing the Gospel to other people.”
