Partnership in Myanmar
Baptist Mission Australia is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Chin Christian Council in Australia (CCCA) to establish the CCCA Mission Hub in Myanmar, located north of Yangon.
The CCCA has a vision for the future to create a mission hub with purpose-built classrooms and administrative facilities designed to equip mission workers with essential skills for effective ministry in Buddhist contexts. We are excited to come alongside the CCCA, supporting their long-term vision to mobilise workers and provide contextual training as identified by Chin Baptist leadership.
The first step is land! The CCCA have secured land and Baptist Mission Australia is honoured to partner with them through a contribution towards the purchase costs.
Our work together in mission is a testament to the courage of Chin Baptists and a sign of hope for the future of this hurting country.
