While there are familiar languages, there is no comparison for communicating, reading or learning in our own heart language and this project provides that opportunity for this people group.
Our team are ready to make the most of this opportunity to help preserve the local island language and teach it to others. They have had frequent contact and interaction with people from this language group but now there is a unique opportunity for a focused effort in protecting their heart language and teaching the language to people wanting to work in the area. Through this, there will be a new opportunity to share the good news of Jesus where there are few known believers.

This training and development is scheduled over two years and as we review the progress over this time, the project may be extended in the future.
Supporting this project provides the funding for our team to act on language preservation through a training course for local school children and for expats to ensure this heart language in South East Asia is not lost.
