In Prek Por village in Cambodia, the community is missing out on free visits from medical specialists, English teachers and others because there is no longer a safe and sheltered space where they can host events and visitors.
Botta and Kirsten love this community and want to see community development and ministry continue and expand. With your support, they can play a part in building a new, safe community centre. Firstly, the current one needs to be torn down as the wood is plagued by termites. Then, the ground will be readied for a new building.
A simple building, using termite-proof materials of bricks and steel will be constructed by a professional building crew. They will build a safe building for church services, running ministry and hosting visitors that bring essential community services to the village. Costs associated with the project include materials, fixtures and a new playground within the fenced property for children to enjoy while parents and grandparents go to work.
Join with Kirsten and Botta in investing in this community through a new community centre.
