This new fund is a strategic initiative that invests in the next generation of passionate missional leaders – women and men who will shape churches, communities, and society for generations to come. Re-Forma Global highlight that more than 90% of all pastors, church planters and mission workers across the Global South lack formal theological or leadership training, despite thousands of new churches being established every year. We’re providing an opportunity for you to partner with us as we address this urgent missional need.

For more than a century, Baptist Mission Australia has invested in the development of local leaders. Today we’re committed to redoubling our efforts, playing our part in championing the voices and gifts of existing and emerging Global South leaders.
