Partnering with Baptist Associations in Zambia in a holistic transformation strategy. Joining together in leadership development and training of pastors, as well as funding scholarships to equip leaders.

Building on decades of partnership, we continue to engage in Zambia through supporting education and holistic transformation. The Roger Kemp Institute (RKI) is a vocational training centre for people in the impoverished Kapiri-Mposhi region. The generosity of Australian Baptists helped establish this centre and we continue to invest in it’s growth. We invite skilled professionals to consider volunteering for 3-6 months+ at RKI.

We also support the running of Re-Forma, in-situ, tailored, cost-effective leadership training that supports the ‘train the trainer’ model and multiplies missional impact.
