Max and Ezzie, along with their two children, have been serving in South East Asia since 2011.
At the beginning of 2025, Max and Ezzie moved to a new area where over 97% of the population is Muslim. Here they run a café and traineeship program with teammates Daz and Bee. They are intentionally growing in this new environment and continue to share faith in ways that are meaningful for café staff and friends in their local community.
They walk closely with people through both brokenness and hope, and aim to bring healing to the vulnerable by equipping them with vital skills through the café’s traineeship program.
Max and Ezzie have a passion to see genuine and lasting transformation in the lives of the people they journey alongside and long to see new faith communities evolving and flourishing; growing in hope, dignity and purpose, as they embody Kingdom values in their daily lives.
