Caryn joined the Leadership Team in early 2022. She brings many years of experience in the professional services and Not for Profit sector. Caryn is passionate about helping the National Team achieve best practice in the areas of Governance, Risk and Operations while coming alongside people and building team culture. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

In this new role Caryn oversees a number of strategic ministry support areas including Finance, People & Culture, Supporter Engagement, IT, national administration, risk, compliance and governance.
