The Baptist Mission Australia story is very much a shared story.
Together as Australian Baptists we have passionately shared in God’s mission across the globe for more than 150 years. Together we have seen God’s Spirit move in amazing ways, in many places, in many lives, as we have humbly, yet boldly, shared the transforming love, hope and justice of Jesus by word and deed.
As we step into 2025, we see a world marked by rapid change, injustice, hurt, displacement and the impact of climate change. We see huge shifts in the global and Australian church. We see a world where 3 billion people still haven’t heard the good news of Jesus in ways that make sense to them. We see a world yearning for hope and transformation.
Yes, we see many challenges, but we also see new, exciting Spirit-led opportunities.
More than ever, in our rapidly changing and hurting world, we need Australian Baptists partnering with us, as we write a new chapter in our shared faith story. As team members, ministry partners, local churches, prayerful and generous supporters - we all have a part to play!
In 2025, let's join together in our compelling vision - As God restores the world, we see more people experiencing and expressing the transforming love and hope of Jesus!
