Australian Baptists have a long and rich relationship with the Baptist Union of Papua New Guinea (BUPNG). Over the past 75 years God has been at work in many different and amazing ways as BUPNG and Australian Baptists have worked together to support more than 400 Baptist churches and hundreds of pastors in PNG.
Recently Baptist Mission Australia has signed a new partnership agreement with BUPNG, which will enhance the capacity of those in PNG to deliver ministry, develop leaders, grow faith communities and serve others in neighbouring countries and beyond.
We are standing alongside our BUPNG friends in leadership development, consultancy and supporting the establishment of their own mission sending arm.
