Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) is a global mission organization committed to sharing God’s love through word and deed. CBM believe that God brings healing to a broken world through local churches. CBM works strategically alongside a network of partners in 14 priority fields, providing assistance in the following areas: Building the Church, Crisis Response, Justice, Kids at Risk, and Poverty.

Based in either Northern Thailand or Myanmar, the Program Coordinator, will work in close collaboration with the Team Leader for Asia to support the CBM partners and programs in Golden Triangle area.

Responsibilities include ensuring that good project management practices and tools are being used to stay on scope, schedule, and budget of the projects in partnering with local churches in the region. The Program Coordinator will also support quality improvement and assurance initiatives in the region and support through local churches endeavour to sustainability. The Program Coordinator will represent CBM in all aspects of the projects in coordination with partner local churches.

Job Details:

• Location: Either Yangon or Tachileik or Mae Sai
• Position Type: Full-time, Contract, 40 hours per week
• Salary Band: Negotiable based on qualification and experience
• Benefits: Pension, medical, and statutory annual leaves as to CBM policies
• Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Myanmar or Thailand, member of a local Protestant church, and must be able to easily travel into Myanmar
