Grassroots Evangelism Initiatives
Partnership with Baptist World Alliance

As well as actively engaging in the Baptist World Alliance networks and partnership projects, Baptist Mission Australia financially supports evangelism initiatives in least-resourced Baptist conventions, in regions including Africa, Asia and South and Central America.
Compelled by the Great Commission, we lead with a passionate commitment to Gospel witness in every context, foster multidirectional partnerships that connect individuals and churches, and encourage global mission and evangelism.
Grassroots grants of up to AU$3,000 are provided to empower local evangelism and disciple-making initiatives across the globe.
It is very encouraging and exciting to hear of people coming to know Jesus and new mission leaders being equipped with the support of these grants.
This project supports our ‘key cause’ of coming alongside local believers and ministry partners to support the development of missional leaders and to amplify global south voices.
Please note: If a project is fully funded when your gift arrives, we will allocate your gift to a project, team member or ministry that is in the same location or fulfils a similar purpose. All care is taken to ensure project and gift information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, project information may change without notice. If you wish to discuss your project choice, contact our Projects Manager on 1800 329 165 or projects@baptistmissionaustralia.org.
Committed to reconciliation, Baptist Mission Australia acknowledges and pays respect to the past, present and future Traditional Custodians and Elders of this nation and their connection to land, sea and community and all that the creator God gifted to them. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
