Caz lives in South East Asia with her husband, Dave. They have been there as intercultural team members with Baptist Mission Australia since 2000 and raised their two boys there. She works in the Education Foundation and helps learners know how to grow in their ability to build relationships and interact in increasingly effective ways in their new home.
Caz is Baptist Mission Australia’s Growing Participation Specialist and works with the team facilitators to maximise opportunities for intercultural team members to develop growing redemptive relationships. Caz continues to grow in her own redemptive participation among her host people in South East Asia.
