She leads conversations about project ideas, needs and possibilities. Alison is passionate about ensuring Baptist Mission Australia is a good steward of the resources financial supporters have gifted by working with integrity and staying in line with Australian regulations. She works to be the bridge that brings together the regulation side in a way that is achievable for our intercultural teams, who often live in a complex context very different to Australia.
In her spare time Alison enjoys spending time with her two sons and her husband.
