Ian Dicks is married with two adult children. He currently lives in Melbourne where he is leading a multicultural church on mission in their community, and lecturers part-time in Intercultural Studies and Mission at Whitley College.

Ian has been an intercultural worker with Baptist Mission Australia in Malawi for 24 years, including working as a language and culture consultant, helping to facilitate others to grow their culture and language understanding. Ian continues to work as the senior editor of the Ciyawo-English Dictionary Project, which is producing bilingual dictionaries to assist intercultural team members and Yawo students.

Caz lives in South East Asia with her husband, Dave. They have been there as intercultural team members with Baptist Mission Australia since 2000 and raised their two boys there. She works in the Education Foundation and helps learners know how to grow in their ability to build relationships and interact in increasingly effective ways in their new home. Caz is Baptist Mission Australia's Specialist for Growing Participation and serves with the team facilitators to maximise opportunities for intercultural team member to develop growing redemptive relationships. Caz continues to grow in her own redemptive participation among her host people in South East Asia.

Rebekah (Bek) Falconer lives in Mozambique with her husband Scott and five children. She is the culture and language facilitator for the Baptist Mission Australia teams in Malawi and Mozambique and part of the wider Growing Participation Team with Caz. Bek loves asking questions in a quest to gain deeper understanding (of everything) and also help others to themselves reflect more intentionally.

Bek has personal experience growing in different languages (Portuguese and Ciyawo), different locations (urban and rural) and in different life situations (single woman and then as a mother of five). Bek and her family seek to be a kingdom presence in their community, continually growing in their relationships, cultural understanding and ability to reflect Jesus in ways that are understandable and meaningful to those around them.
